Lori Sone-Cooper

Welcome to HR Alliance Consulting and Coaching. I’m Lori, an experienced Human Resources executive, leadership coach and trusted advisor. I am passionate about working with progressive leadership teams and supporting their HR, People and Culture strategies. I’ve built an exemplary record of trusted relationships at all levels of organizations. In addition to working with organizations and leadership teams, I coach and work with individuals in the attainment of their goals. 

For over 20 years, I have been coaching leaders and high-potential talent. My coaching is grounded in authenticity and is based on my client’s agenda for growth and development. I have worked with executives, professionals and individuals seeking greater career fulfillment and achievement.

In addition to over 25 years of experience working as a human resources practitioner, I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and advanced Coaching Training through the Co-Active Training Institute.

A strategic, tactical and people-centric leader, I am known for growing strong cultures, fostering high employee engagement in organizations, and developing strong Human Resources teams.  As a transparent communicator, I serve my clients with honesty, integrity, and trust. 

I have provided comprehensive Human Resources consulting services, coaching and support to businesses that are resource-challenged. I have also helped organizations that require timely, cost-effective attainment of objectives while developing innovative approaches to organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership development and change mastery.
